Wing Chun Gung Fu (Chinese Boxing)
Translated literally, Wing Chun means 'beautiful springtime', 'forever springtime', or ‘praise springtime’. It is a concepts based, in-close fighting system that uses proper body alignment, structure, sensitivity, and leverage to defeat an opponent. It does this by using the attackers own strength and energy against them.
The foundation of Wing Chun is its economy of motion. The execution of Wing Chun requires neither exceptional natural bodily strength nor sheer brute force. The system stresses development of refined force. Wing Chun is the nucleus of all our programs.
The Al Zepeda Martial Arts Academy offers group instruction in Wing Chun that is available to adults only. Group training is one of the best ways for students to practice and learn the art of Wing Chun. We help assimilate the hand positions, forms, and drills to develop touch response, sensitivity, and timing. In our classes, you will build the skills and knowledge to apply the art to your benefit.
Saberlight: Sentinals of the Light - Lightsaber Training
Train like a STARWARS Jedi Knight or Sith Lord in our lightsaber training program. We use lightsabers from Ultrasaber, made with aluminum hilts and durable polycarbonite blades designed for striking. No cheap toys here in our program. You can learn to spin, twirl, and clash lightsabers just like your favorite characters from the STARWARS world. Plus learn a real weapons art while having fun using lightsabers. Gain knowledge and skill to be like a Jedi Knight or Sith Lord. Designed for children ages 7 thru and including adults.

Monday & Thurday - 7:30pm to 9pm, Sat. 10:00am – 11:30am

2 days a week = $75
Mon & Thur. - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

We offer group, semi private, private, and seminar instruction. Whether you are training just to have fun and meet people, martial arts for it's health benefits, or wanting to become a serious martial artist, safety is our number one concern. ​Martial arts training is not just sports, it is also an education.
